    Take care and respect the residence that you are staying.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    No pets are allowed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    No parties or large gatherings are allowed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed to stay.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    No smoking or vape anywhere in the residence is allowed. If this rule is violated, there will be a fee of 400,00 euro for cleaning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Respect the quiet hours: 03:00 pm -05:30 pm and 11:00 pm-07:00 am.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    No illegal substances or activities are allowed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    Check-out time: before 11:00 am – Check-in time: 02:00 pm<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  9. \n

    Please be careful not to damage the furnishings or ornaments. Report damage. At the time of your check-in and check-out the responsible person of checking-out will check for any damages. In case of any damage you will be charged with the cost of it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Candles lit inside the house are not allowed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Please wash your dishes before you leave.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Please take out the trash before you leave.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Please every time you leave the residence turn off the air condition, the water heater, the lights and every electrical device in the kitchen. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Please every time you leave the residence close windows and shutters. Also, securely lock the door behind you. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • The use of the pool is allowed only by the registered tenants.<\/li>\n
    • Children under 18 are prohibited from entering without the constant adult supervision.<\/li>\n
    • Entrance is strictly forbidden for those who do not know how to swim.<\/li>\n
    • It is forbidden to enter with food, drinks, coffee, etc.<\/li>\n
    • It is forbidden to use after the consumption of substances (alcohol, drugs etc.).<\/li>\n
    • It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool. The use of any kind of shampoo or shower gel is not allowed.<\/li>\n
    • It is forbidden to use shower gel, shampoo, etc. inside the pool.<\/li>\n
    • It is forbidden to dive \/ dive and run \/push in the pool area.<\/li>\n
    • It is forbidden to pee inside the pool.<\/li>\n
    • Entrance with shoes is not allowed.<\/li>\n
    • The use of sunscreens or any kind of lubricants is prohibited before entering the pool.<\/li>\n
    • It is forbidden to use glass containers in the pool area.<\/li>\n
    • Plastic glasses are available.<\/li>\n
    • Entry is prohibited to those who have open wounds or to people suffering from a contagious disease or virus.<\/li>\n
    • Do not swim in the pool in case of heavy rainfall or in case you hear or see lightning or lightning.<\/li>\n
    • You use the pool at your own risk. It is advisable that the last meal is taken at least 3 hours before using the pool.<\/li>\n
    • Pregnant women, elderly people or people with health problems should consult a doctor before entering the pool.<\/li>\n
